We, the developers, own one side of the city block where the project is located. We have multiple buildings on the block and this block is referred to as Sourdough Alley. Some of our buildings are 120 years old and hearken to a time when the back side of this block was a vibrant commercial and residential alley-way known as Sourdough Alley.
