Northland Property Pros, A Real Estate Wholesaling Company
Dan Krupa and Brandon Worrell have formed a new real estate wholesaling company, Northland Property Pros.
Dan Krupa is an active and experienced house flipper and real estate agent in the Northland part of the Kansas City Metro area.
Brandon Worrell is an aspiring real estate investor with a background in entrepreneurship, software development and digital marketing.
A real estate wholesaling company finds real estate deals at below market values, negotiates with the seller to get those deals under contract and then sells the rights to such contracts at a markup to a buyer who is typically an investor or house flipper.
The target areas for lead generation are in the Northland region of the Kansas City metro area north of the Missouri river and in the other Northland cities of: North Kansas City, Riverside, Platte City, Parkville, Gladstone, Claycomo, Liberty
How do you want to be seen in the marketplace?
We want to be seen as:
Experts in quickly solving people’s house problems
Specialists in the Kansas City Northland area
Northland Property Pros will operate as helpful problem solvers - we are real, caring people that live in the area and have the expertise to solve problems for people that find themselves needing or wanting to sell a house outside of traditional means (through a real estate agent listing the property on the MLS).
We want people to understand we can handle about any situation and will bring a variety of possible solutions to help meet their needs
What’s the personality of your company?
Trustworthy and capable but also very personable, understanding and caring
Willing to do what’s right for sellers
Who are your competitors?
We have many local and national competitors. Just Google “we buy houses” for a selection. The industry in general doesn’t have a great reputation. Many operators are individuals who rely on “bandit” signs placed illegally at the roadside and have a reputation for unethical or unprofessional behavior.
These tend to be cookie-cutter type websites, heavy in copy and stock photography. They range from impersonal to not terribly professional.
This is one we like because its cleaner, simpler and focuses on the real individuals who run the business and testimonials:
What do you want to achieve with this project?
A list of creative taglines for use on the web, social media and mailings
Basic web copy for:
Seller submission form
Who’s the target audience and what do we need to focus on?
Someone who needs to sell - and is trying hard to sell - a house that for some reason they cannot or will not sell by traditional means of listing with a real estate agent. The seller may be in this situation for a variety of reasons:
The house needs repairs the seller cannot afford
Behind on payments or in pre-foreclosure
Loss of job or some other type of financial crisis
A person (or group of persons) who have inherited a property they consider a headache or problem. They may not live locally.
A landlord who is tired of dealing with tenants and ready to divest from their real estate investments
What does the brand need to be used on?
Social media (Facebook to start)
Direct mail (postcards, business letters, etc.)
Other collateral, such as business cards and letterhead
