Currently in senior housing (mostly rental, independent living, assisted living, memory care, etc.) there isn't a way to search for availability. Consider when you purchased a home how hard it would have been to not have a place to look for what was for sale? What if you had to research and drive to every neighborhood only to find out that there isn't anything available - and you need it now? The goal of the site is to connect need to availability by offering transparency and up to date information provided by the communities themselves daily, weekly, monthly.
Target audience: Professionals (social workers at hospitals, rehab centers, care managers), Adult children (typically the daughter around 55+)

When thinking of the key words (choices, direction) I found directional signs and thought perhaps that may be a good place to start. I am open to anything but this stood out as a good option. There are several "categories" I will be promoting: Independent Living, Assisted Living, Alzheimer's Care, Adult Care Home. Not sure if it makes sense to incorporate that into the signs since when printed it will be small.
