Outcomes Fitness is the new name for the former ‘Big Day Health Consultancy’. Outcomes Fitness (OF) is primarily a group exercise & personal training company. OF prides itself on a welcoming, inviting and caring approach to fitness and wellbeing. Like our clients, we understand the challenges of balancing personal health with everyday life and we ensure all of our trainers are approachable and understanding of these challenges. Our goal is to help our clients make positive changes to their lifestyle.
OF group sessions are conducted in small sizes to ensure premium service is received by our clients. OF trainers are university trained with a high level of knowledge and understanding of the body and it's performance. OF offers services for people of all ages, genders and fitness levels. The target market is females aged between 25-50 years old.
