Our team of experts has worked in Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, and North America. We want to convey experience, professionalism, innovation, and universality in our brand design, as we are at the precipice of a new frontier, but also working in an industry for which reputation and quality are paramount for clients that span the globe.
The name Alariss is derived from the Latin word meaning "auxiliary cavalry"

I like having a logo with the name clearly visible, the style of the pixelated bird is fun and artistic, and the opacity of the logo corresponds well with the boldness of the font
Simple, professional, evocative of paint and water droplets, good color
I like the elegant and fierce deer, the feeling of movement in the logo, the font is more unique as well
I don't like the color scheme, but I like the symmetry and simplicity
This is professional, sleek, clean, it feels like an established company
This is a neat design, a bit too high vertically for my taste, but again I like the picture logo with the name of the company beneath
I don't like the sky background, too crowded, but I like the logo and the spacing of it

Management consulting logos look professional but this is still a bit stylistic

Open to suggestions if the color scheme should be different. Our brand is professional but not stodgy, as we are targeting companies that think differently and are ambitiously going abroad. A bit of a new immigrant and Statue of Liberty aspirational feeling could be nice (but not with a picture of the Statue).
We also want something that would be universally appealing, across different cultures and geographies--from China to Australia to Lebanon to Italy to Ecuador. Our current website background is a collection of globes.
Animals, like a horse (for cavalry) or a bird (for global migration and flight) might be appealing as part of the logo.
