We are 3 young baristas opening a new business. We found a mail order business company of alternative coffee equipment (drip coffee) based in Switzerland. We sell all kinds of products to make high quality coffee in the philosophy of "third wave coffee" and the "slow coffee" movement. Our target group are people which are interested in high quality coffee. Private persons as well as companies all over Switzerland.

Slow coffee is more than normal coffee. The following quote is from steven Morissey, World Barista Champion 2008. He descibes our coffee philosophie. Please have this in mind and try to integrate the alternative brew methods in the logo. In our shop we will sell all the products from hario (http://www.hario.jp/coffee/).
