We have two service marks, denoted by the (SM). SM is in parentheses for explanation purposes in the instructions to you; however, do not put the parenthesis in the logo itself. Simply use the small SM as a subscript like you would for a TM (Trademark) on a logo.
The first service mark is "Soft Divorce". The "S" and "D" must be capitalized.
The second service mark is the ending of our slogan: "divorce doesn't have to be so hard!" It must have the exclamation point.
We use the two service marks together in the following way with the following slogan:
"We help people get a Soft Divorce...
... because divorce doesn't have to be so hard!"
In that slogan, the "SM" subscript should follow the "e" and precede the three dots after the capitalized word "Divorce"; and a second "SM" subscript should follow the exclamation point.
You can also use "Soft Divorce...
... because divorce doesn't have to be so hard!" without the "we help people" part. You can also leave out the dots if you want/need to. It just has to be good. However, you cannot breakup the words "divorce doesn't have to be so hard!" and you cannot omit the SM subscripts as explained.
Our target audience is upper-middle class and above. Our clients typically have property including a home, automobiles, retirement accounts, and they highly value their children. We are looking for non-vindictive people who are deserving of the great level of protection and services that we provide so we don't want to come across as hard-nosed; but we also don't want to come across as being push-overs in any way. We certainly can and do fight hard for our clients, we're simply trying to minimize the casualties and find good solutions for our clients to move forward through and past a divorce in a healthier way.
We also have other projects that we will do in the future so the winner of this contest will have an opportunity to work with us more in the future.
