Tetradigm Group provides services to small businesses to help them maximize their intellectual property. The company is unique in that it combines business and legal factors to create a more holistic intellectual property strategy, and then helps execute that strategy. This is done with a new business model that shares in the upside, allowing small businesses to better take advantage of their intellectual property at a lower cost.
We will help small businesses throughout their life cycle, helping to create an IP strategy, assisting in documenting inventions, guiding the patent prosecution, modifying and improving patents, analyzing existing patent portfolios, helping to license or sell patents, and valuing patent portfolios as part of an exit.

The target audience is small business founders and CEOs. Small businesses can’t usually afford sufficient patent work given the high hourly cost model or law firms and they don’t receive more comprehensive business advice while formulating their intellectual property strategy. So far the target audience has intuitively understood the problem statement and expressed interest in our firm’s services and business model.
In addition to being key decision makers, the founders and CEOs also tend to be the most vested in the company’s intellectual property since it’s likely tied to the initial founding of the company and the nexus of their passion. Like a person’s own children, these individuals will have more of an emotional bond with their ideas and want to see them reach their maximum potential. We should play into this theme in a clever way as we try to reach out to this audience.
These small businesses are likely to be technical and scientific in nature since our ideal customer will need multiple patents to help protect and grow their business.
The first requirement of the Tetradigm Group logo is to support our website and help to introduce the company. The logo and website need to convey the key values and principles the group will bring to any engagement. The logo and site should be visually simple and modern, tying into Tetradigm’s new and progressive approach to managing intellectual property. The attached design document shows some example web sites that capture the overall design ideal we're looking for.
The second requirement of the logo is to provide visual reinforcement in work deliverables and marketing materials, specifically business cards and presentations. The logo should therefore be scalable to fit on a business card. To enhance scalability the logo should be designed via vector graphics software.
In the treatment, the logo should contain the name of the company and a visual metaphor. The visual metaphor should also be able to stand alone. Attached is a document describing some of the etymology and symbology of the word Tetradigm and how we'd like to use it. The document also some guidance on colors and fonts.
