We are convention center participating in various food fairs with a unique dish, called Lomo Saltado.
The dish is a fusion of various tastes, originating in the Peruvian cuisine. Its very colorful with green peas, orange bell peppers, yellow french fries, red onions, green coriander, red tomatoes and brown beef fillet stripes in its sauce. It is prepared in a Wok.
It is an explosion of tastes in the mouth.
The dish is always served on an organic, palmtree dish, decorated with a slice of a banana leaf.
Our audience is a wide range of young and old, all nationalities.
