Our target market are not property professionals, but private people tending to be over 45 in top decile of wealth in Australia. They are somewhat likely to be sophisticated urban types / professionals.
I'm hoping for a design that is contemporary without being too loud or young. It needs to portray solidity and gravitas as well as creativity and openness.
Ideas that reflect Urbana: transformation, problem solving, creating value, win-win, bring elements together that are greater than sum of its parts, reliable, credible, connected, sophisticated, quality, stylish
An idea that would be good if possible to execute nicely is one of turning a house into a modern low rise apartment block. Eg house as doorway of apartment block.
A stylized image of an iconic residential apartment block would be a great option too. Perhaps a detail of a classic pre-war apartment block. Art deco style or Neo-classical style. New York tenement... that classic apartment block. I'd love some ideas in a period pictorial emblem element.
