Provides 3 separate personal storage options:
1) 80 Interior self storage lockers, various sizes, accessible to individuals
2) 80 exterior, on-site "drive-up" self storage modules in various sizes
3) Self storage "pods" 12' x 7' which are deliverable to clients' residences,
then picked up and stored inside our 5-story warehouse. Access is obtained thru 1 hour notice, andf your locker is brought down to an outside staging area, and returned into the locked building once the client is finished.

We are located at a busy intersection, high traffic, with freeway proximity (commute pattern). Also between San Francisco (15 miles north) and Silicon Valley (15 miles south) and 1 exit from SF Int'l Airport (on the Peninsula). Average income is above average as well as educational level, with the average home prices between $800,000 and $ 5 miliion. Average age is above 40 years. I do not have a slogan but obviously we are trying to capitalize on the easy access for our customers, in their daily commute path. Basically they will be able to visit their property with ease, almost like storing in your garage (if you had one). We do also have many local condo owners and apartment renters as well.
