Please note, I don't want to change the main "Fang" part of the logo... I love that part! However, what I'm looking for is a better design around the addition of "Digital Marketing" to the logo. The early executions have left me flat and I rarely use them.
Although I hate their site, I like the boldness of Steak Digital's logo: http://www.steakdigital.com/
The logo should have "Fang Digital" in the same font and size with the word "marketing" much smaller (maybe under the word "digital"?).
The logo should also be easily readable in the various social media sizes (Twitter, Facebook, etc.). If this means that we lose the words "digital marketing" in those sizes, that is fine. (note: these sizes should be included in your comps and in the final).
On colors... right now the main logo is black, but I would like to see some variation on things (we often play with using it as an inverse (white on a black background). Other colors might be fun as well. You may want to even play with having one portion one color and another portion the inverse (so, the main "Fang" part of the logo as black, then "digital marketing" as a white cutout on a black background).
I'm including what the current business cards look like. They're fun, but mostly because people like the logo. I want something a little more professional looking. The information on the card is current.
Note that I like to include "search | social | display" on a lot of my marketing materials. I should technically be "search | social | display | mobile" now... but if this just clutters things up, then ignore it.
