We are a niche bakery that specializes in baking many varieties of Belgian Chocolate Brownies and other cakes. We have been a commercial kitchen with wholesale only and trading as Fare Gourmet, we are moving into a retail/commercial shop that will have a small coffee bar and sell to public so we will incorporate our existing name/logo with the Brownie bar. Although our biggest market is wholesale, we are looking at a retail audience we believe will be 18 -45 mums and teenagers

Although we have logo for Fare Gourmet (attached) we wont use this on Signage we feel that the Fare Gourmet should be font only. Signage limitations mean that we need to have a long horizontal sign at front but the rest can be square, so logo has to accommodate both shapes. The Brownie Bar will not be the company name but will be a way to differentiate the retail from Wholesale. Our Wholesale customers will still know us as Fare Gourmet. We are looking at a more eclectic fit out for the cafe side , but nothing over the top. We sell brownie portions both loose and packaged see pic. Fare Gourmet should be smaller than Brownie Bar. Brownie Bar should stand out.
