RSC is a cafe to be opened in Chicago's North side which features high quality food and coffee with a nod to the Mod lifestyle (North England 1961 - 1966). Beside the strong coffee and hand picked bakery items, RSC will have vintage scooters on consignment as well as vintage prints, radios, and records of the era on sale.

I have played around with the Magneto font and like it for what I am looking to convey in the company logo. It is reminiscent of the Radio Flyer pull wagons of the 50's 60's.
The key demographic are people that are keen to be surrounded by a high sense of style and enjoy vintage items for their aesthetic and function. While the coffee and baked goods will be the finest I can produce, the other items in the store will also be hand picked as one of a kind or at worst a nice addition to your house.
Mod culture was about middle class kids dressing as the upper classes did and denouncing pop music and lifestyle. Their choice of music was Soul and Rock and Ska. Lambretta and Vespa Scooters were their means around town. Tailored, simple lines defined their wardrobe. Women were also seen with shorter haircuts to challenge that short hair couldn't be feminine.
