Recruitics is a SAAS based recruitment marketing platform that allows recruiters and staffing managers to leverage the power of the job search engines, job boards and social media to effectively turn their recruitment efforts into a consumer marketing campaign.
The name stands for Recruiting + Analytics. However, we are reluctant to have that as a tagline as it does a lot more.
Recruitics allows any recruiter to easily distribute their job descriptions to the web across all channels and track the results of each campaign down to a very clear ROI. Recruiters spend thousands of dollars a month on job boards to source candidates without properly understanding the ROI.
Additionally, Recruitics has a social media dashboard built into the interface that allows recruiters to engage with their talent, their peers and customers all in one easy to use web based platform.
We effectively bridge the gap between today's technology and recruiters who need a tool to leverage it all.
We are currently redesigning our platform and will be implementing a responsive design approach to give the user a customized feel within the dashboard allowing the user to develop their own approach to their daily activity.
Our target audience is:
1) A recruiter in any sized organization
2) A staffing manager in a staffing firm or corporate that is looking to effectively manage his teams efforts and his marketing spend.
3) An enterprise staffing manager. This is someone at a Fortune 500 level that is looking to fully integrate social media and job distribution into their recruitment process.
