Woodchuck imports and distributes a large range of tools suited to the horticultural and specialised safety markets, such as pruning equipment, chainsaw protective clothing and more.. Australian based we always aim for the highest levels in quality and aim for efficient and fast service. Our customers are resellers, we aren’t selling to the general public so our customers don’t visit us, we visit them and we need to be seen as a professional entity with the support and backup they need to serve their own customers. We need to be seen as in touch and aware of current end-users requirements even though we are not dealing directly with the end users of our products. We place emphasis on meeting our customer’s needs rather than just selling products and place great store on honesty and integrity in business.

Our current logo is just ageing and limiting seeing that the little image of the Woodchuck's head has absolutely nothing to do with the business at all, and only links to the name. We have also used a leaf symbol, see our website.
Target audience would be predominantly male but not totally.
Location: Australia, rural and cities
Education: varied, shopowners and purchasers
Values: Quality, Efficiency, Honesty,
We have previously used a slogan, "Quality equipment for parks, gardens, orchards and vineyards" althought his could be too long and bulky. This hasn't been a part of the logo.
