This logo will be the first part of an ongoing re-branding of Wired2Fire. It will form the basis for a complete website redesign, which will all flow from the logo in terms of colours, style and form. Please don't use our existing website for inspiration as we would like to get the widest possible range of ideas put in front of us. We want to develop a good relationship with the designer(s) so that we can add to this first stage.
Our customers are primarily male, aged 15-50. The majority will use their Wired2Fire PC to play games, these range across all genres. Customers come to us for the superior performance they will get compared to our competitors. They have a high disposable income and are well educated and have sophisticated tastes. They are IT proficient and like there gadgets.

CONCEPTS to COMMUNICATE (in order of importance)
Colours - grey and blue, blue and white, red and black, orange and black, any other colour you want!
Logo Style - prefer to combine the name and either a abstract or more specific icon/non text element
Fonts - can use any or all of the following themes modern, futuristic, computer like
Non text elements - circuit boards, shooting (as in firing a gun), digital, games, speed/performance, cyborg (conveying a sense of man and machine working together)
Complexity - please strike a balance. We don't want anything too complicated nor something very simple/boring. Our customers like something that isn't too corporate and maintains a sense of fun. Some good looking designs (on other competitions) have incorporated some 3D elements into the design. So without being overly complicated they have some depth/complexity but could be re-created in a more simple way. The Axon competition running is a good example of this.
We hope this gives you a good idea of the kind of thing we are looking for. Remember that most importantly it must convey the exciting, vibrant nature of powerful gaming systems!
