A logo that would appeal to Thinkers, Strategists, and Human Performance Nerds

We sell a training program called Speak Up & Listen to help leaders and managers foster psychological safety in their teams and organizations. The core of the training is to develop essential workplace interpersonal skills. Our initial contacts inside organizations are the Learning & Development managers (or similar roles). Our training program is differentiated from other programs because 1) we built our training based on research 2) we can objectively measure a leader's interpersonal skills using a unique performance-based assessment, and c) we focus on the principles of deliberate practice to improve skills (not just acquire knowledge).

As you can see from the description of our training program, we consider ourselves engineers of leadership development (data driven, evidence-based, and impact-driven). Like Crayola or Lego, we'd like to present ourselves as providing fundamental building blocks of team performance that when used, help teams achieve whatever they want. We unleash potential. Also, when I asked others what animal our company would be, they answered "elephant" because we are so focused on "listening" and "psychological safety", both of which are concepts that are hard to translate into a visual. Could we explore logos that resemble an elephant made out of building blocks - simple like the heart logo below but more closely resembling an elephant? Other concepts are welcome, including a wordmark (no logo).
