Willing to move out due to new life chapter, or due to a bigger size flat due to space requirements (storage). Loves her designer brands such as Channel, Habitat, Harrods, Selfridges. Loves to travel to NYC, Paris for shopping, quick short city breaks with friends, buys from Waitrose. She is organised person,
2. - They are based overseas and has been having challenges with their portfolio in London in having it properly managed and let. They have been speaking to many agents, they have experienced long void periods and unexplained follow ups on maintenance events. They are called George and Nadia and they are based overseas. They have two children who are about 10 - 15 years old and bought the units as an investment initially as well as a possible residence for their children to study. They have a beautiful home in the country they live in and drive two cars both of which are BMW. They like to be updated often about what is happening in the market and what are opportunities. They visit London once a year usually during the holidays to do their shopping in the likes of Harvey Nichols, Harrods and stay either at the Hilton, Landmark or the hotel in mayfair.
They take their holidays across the world but mainly in resorts which are expensive or in their summer homes.

They are looking into selling their property and buy a bigger place outside of London due to family needs or schooling for children.
