Deliver counselling services to individuals between the ages of 16- 40 years of age. Services include evidence based approaches such as Behavioural Cognitive Therapy (Work with the mind and change how we think), Mindfulness and loving kindness to develop self- compassion (open the heart to self and others) and somatic experiencing to process past traumatic stress held in the body (body and soul work). The goal is for each individual to become their whole Self as an Embodied (Heart Mind Soul) Being (Human)

I’m mostly interested in pictorial and abstract logos, but I’m open to all ideas. Yes I am open to ideas that truly communicate in a clear, transparent and creative way what I do (I help clients become or connect to their full (true, authentic etc) self hence the name embodied being) and what clients can expect from working with me. I truly appreciate the work that you will be putting into this and I look forward to connecting with all of you and to see the creative ideas in helping me design the logo that captures the essence of my business.
