The ideal targets of my companies are small to medium companies, primarily those involved in the technology industry. Many are startups who have just become profitable and are recruiting. I want to convey that I'm unique, bright and delightful. I'm flexible, my service is customizable, and I use a lot of helpful technology solutions to communicate during the relocation.
My perfect client would be a 27-35 yr old, educated owner/manager in a tech firm. They probably are in Vancouver, Austin, Silicon Valley, New York or Toronto and looking to move people to Vancouver, BC.
My clients care very deeply about their employees. Maybe they offer different types of work perks, have alternative office set ups, most employees are young as well. So, they are hiring me to really take care of their people, get them where they are going and have them be satisfied. Maybe I'm helping them find the yoga studio nearest to their new home, the best fit in daycare for their toddler, or something like it. These clients value the workplace being a place for their employees to express their passions. And I'm here to make sure that when they arrive, they are ready to join this new workplace as soon as possible.
