Quiénes somos
810|Ninth is a 229 unit luxury apartment community with 10,000 sf of ground floor retail space. The community is located in Durham, North Carolina on the north part of Duke University's main retail street (Ninth Street) so it is important that Ninth and the color Duke blue are incorporated into the design. The residents are a mix of young professionals (doctors, professors, tech etc) as well as some graduate students and empty-nesters. Approx. half of the residents will live there for a few years while half will turnover after 1 year.
