M&S Waste Services Logo Re-Design Project

This is a logo redesign for an established waste management company called M&S Waste Services. They are going through a rebuilding process and want a fresh start with their logo. Their old logo is green, and they want to move to a blue color scheme. The design will be used on their garbage trucks, so it should be clean and visible when seen from a distance. It will also be used on their website and printed materials (business cards, brochures, etc.). The trash business is a very local business, so we want a logo that is friendly, professional and clean, that presents the company as stable, honest and trustworthy. We don't want anything too cartoonish or silly, since the bulk of our business is corporate accounts, like contractors and construction companies.

I have attached a copy of their old logo. We want to move from the green and black to more of a blue color scheme, but this gives you an idea of what they have using for many years now.
