"Utah Manufacturers Association" is not the focus of the logo but does
need to be placed on there in small letters. Figure out a tricky way
to make it look good without taking away from, "MADE IN UTAH"

The Utah Manufacturers Association is an Association that represents all manufacturing companies in Utah ranging from rocket boosters, chips, doughnuts, soda, composites, military grade communication equipment, airplanes, chairs, etc. We have the trademark, "Made In Utah" that we would like to use to promote products made in Utah and to entice companies who are not members to join in order to use this logo/slogan.

This logo will be used for advertising purposes to speak to the
community of Utah that we are proud of products "made in Utah" and to
support those products by purchasing those items . It is sort of
off the trend of "buy local" that communities around the nation are
going after. Imagine that you are in a strip mall and you pass a door
that has this logo on it. Would it make you walk inside and buy that
product? That is what we are going for. This will be used on product
boxes, store windows, websites, shirts, etc. It needs to speak to the
younger crowd that will push it out via social media but also be
classic enough that a 90 year old would get it. We want a play off of
the gears. Dont get too complicated with the gears that it takes away
from the image. Remember that this image will need to be clean enough
that it makes sense on a 3 inch sticker, but intricate enough that it
would look amazing on a huge banner. We also would like to add the
name of our organization on the logo but in very small print and
placed smartly. The words are, "Utah Manufacturers Association" The
sample logo that is attached is a C and we are looking for an A+.
Please help us get there.
We would also like to see what it would look like as a stamp but are
not sure if thats the direction we want to go until we see it.
The "values to communicate" for some reason are not updating, but make
it somewhat modern, obvious, masculine, but not too extreme.
