Great icon. This in a profile photo or as a thumbnail would be instantly recognized. While this design is a bit more on the playful side, it's so well done and integrated into the main word we had to include it.
While we don't want a serif-font for our logo, this is a very classic looking logo that just makes sense for a "conservation services" company.
Perfect use of literal design.
Again the icon design here is clean, easily recognizable and fits a "Capital" company.
great balance of the typeface with the drawing. Very elegant and modern. the choice of centering the word "the" over the "e" (instead of the whole word) is a great touch

great use of literal design and it looks elegant
This one is one of the weaker ones for us, though the drawing is clean and very literal to the name.
We are imagining a central focus on the word "Emergent" in the logo or a possible abbreviated 'thumbnail' EDC section alongside the full spelling of the company name. Desaturated blues are probably a good hue to start with, bonus for making teal or turquoise look "sexy", however we're not attached to this color. If the logo (beyond the name itself) were to give an impression, a good one might be something that can suggest "a leading edge, yet grounded, paradigm in how we look at relationships and leadership". Like looking at leadership and working relationships from another (sustainable) perspective. Values the company has are integrity and authenticity. Emotions we'd prefer to elicit are ones related to trust and expansion (growth).
