Yumbit 2 is a revamp of Yumbit, which is our Taiwanese bento food truck. We are a fast casual food concept that is continuously working to improve our products and service. Our customers know us for our authenticity, speed, and consistency. Our target audience is the Asian population of our tech-based city, Seattle.

This is a complete redesign. We could take some of the elements from the old logo. So the old logo, we initially design the logo to represent clouds, going for "heavenly". and the name YUMBIT is two words "Yummy Bites". But over the years, as we grew more knowledgable about the business, we started building something completely different from what we were going for in the beginning. Modern fast - casual, is what we are going for now, great food (authentic, rich flavor and consistent) and also extremely convenient (quick and reliable). Now we believe that constant evolving is the essential to who we are as a business, and we want people to see the changes. And that's why we are doing Yumbit 2 and have our followers to expect Yumbit 3 and so on, instead of just Yumbit rebranding. In terms of YUMBIT, we are thinking YUM is going to be our name and BIT is going to be what we stand for, "B" Brisk - active, fast, energetic, I - Irresistible, T - Transforming.
