We provide boutique management consulting services to senior executives in the following areas: Strategic Sourcing; Business Transformation; Mergers and Acquisitions; Outsourcing; Internet of Things (IoT); Program Management; Technology Strategy. While most of our clients are in the Telecom sector, our firm is looking forward to expand to other industries (e.g. health care; energy; manufacturing; public sector; media; consumer & industrial products; construction; etc.) using as leverage our deep expertise in telecommunications solutions, and in the service areas listed above.

The logo needs to be fresh, simple, modern; somewhat youthful yet very professional. We want to project creativity, innovation, yet not to the point were the concept of strong experience is diluted. Our clients are executives with strategic decision-making authority. They need to feel confident they are working with someone whom they can trust (experience doing this), and at the same time that we can bring very fresh ideas and perspective (experience doesn't constrain our creativity and simplicity) We'd love for the logo to have something that can be used as a mark, or somehow incorporated as a watermark in templates and deliverables. Top qualities we want our brand/logo to convey - Extremely experienced, but highly innovative - Creative, and trustworthy - We bring loads of experience, yet we think outside of the box. We don’t limit ourselves to pre-existing, rigid consulting frameworks, or the belief that what’s proven to work in the past is always the best solution to a new (arguably similar) problem - We are more progressive, smaller, nimbler, that traditional big consulting firms. We have no restrictive processes. We are very flexible and deliver quick results. We are probably easier to work with - We want something more than just creative type treatment How we want our potential clients to feel when looking at our logo - Confidence that we have their back; trust - Feel that they are being treated with exclusivity, no matter how big/small they (or their projects) are - We understand the problems they are experiencing, and we know how we solve them - We can apply creative and innovative solutions to the ever changing nature of their problems - We don’t need to stick with rigid frameworks Some sites/logos/creative examples we like and dislike - Deloitte – Don’t like this. A bit tight. We don’t know how to read the green dot… - Accenture - we like the arrow mark, and how it evokes moving forward, future, etc. Also how it can be used in different creative ways, accompanying not only company name, but also other tag lines / elements - Price Waterhouse Coopers – we hate pretty much everything in this logo. Not sure what it says or conveys - We are very unhappy with our current logo and how colors are combined Things we want to avoid or differentiate from - Avoid looking like the standard big consulting firm (e.g. McKinsey, Deloitte, etc.). They are a very different kind of breed - Nothing wrong with big companies. The difference is that we can provide targeted senior-level expertise without the need to staff junior levels
