New niche marketing company needs logo to launch new business

I would like to create a logo for the new internet based marketing company I am launching in 2017. Rental Marketing Pro is company that sells consulting and marketing services as well as DIY marketing products (websites, how-to products, Videos, newsletters, yard signs) to rental store owners in North America. Some customers will hire us to perform the services directly for them (adwords management, website creation, etc.) while others will be interested in implementing ideas themselves (DIY Products, videos, etc.). The rental industry is comprised of local rental businesses throughout North America who rent party supplies (tents, tables, chairs, inflatables, weddings, concerts, etc) and tools & equipment (generators, backhoes, concrete machines, gas powered lawnmowers, etc..). There are over 15,000 rental companies in North America. Many of my customers are owners who are blue collar types that enjoy the DIY nature of the business. Many companies are also family owned businesses that are 2nd or 3rd generation. Most owners are still involved on a day to day basis with the business. Hence they are busy but they have their hand on the pulse of the business. They also make buying decisions directly. My customers are typically 30-50 years old, 60% male (tool/equipment is more male and party rental is more female), blue collar, hands on, enjoy the industry for the simple nature of the business. They value straightforward answers, actionable items and products that give results and have high value.

In general, I would like a simple logo that highlights the first letters of each word of our name while also showing all 3 words in their entirety. RMP (Rental Marketing Pro). Since business owners are busy, the logo must convey the wording quickly so their is no confusion that we are in the rental industry and we know about marketing. To boild it down further, the rental marketing pro is the name of the company but also a personality, myself. The website and the blog will be focused on tactics, products and services that help owners create systems to increase sales, customer retention and profits. Attached is a logo of a company in the home security industry that offers similar products (The security marketing guru)This logo is just OK from a design standpoint but does a decent job of conveying what the business is about. Colors that I like are similar to the logo of my current company: Teton Tent Rent Rental (www.TetonTentRental.com). Blues, greens, etc. More male facing colors (in my opinion). With the logo, since the industry I am working in primarily deals in party/event rental and tool/equipment rental, I am not opposed to a symbol that integrates the two images.
