My name is Bob Smith, I have been a college baseball coach for 17 years a professional baseball scout for 10 years and I run 4 seccessful baseball academies in the richmond virginia area over the past 16 years.
My belief is that baseball is a learned skill and is not (you were bore to play) type of sport. I have 30 years of baseball experience and and have lived the dream of playing and teaching baseball my whole life. I have had over 100 players drafted in to professional baseball and have had over 200 players go on to college and play. The richmond baseball academy my first academy was a teaching school where we promoted to "give your child the advantage" we have 3 classes of players beginning, developing, and signature. the majority of players we get are developing type striving to become a signature player. this comes from the writting of your signature from youth to adult. Also when you can repeat a movement everytime we call it a signature. Ex: signature swing, signature delivery and so on. Culture is "the process = the result" learn the steps to field a ground ball and you will catch it and throw him out! The personality is "we have what you need to be successful in baseball and life.
