Project owner is the largest online dumper rental company in the US and they market and sell/rent dumpsters nationally, under the "broker" model...similar to Quicken Loans. There are 2 types of dumpsters that we sell...temporary, project based dumpsters...which are long, rectangular, open top dumpsters...placed in driveways or construction sites... used by homeowners and contractors for junk removal, construction or demo projects. These typically stay on customer sites for around 2 weeks and then are removed...not to be brought back. This dumpster has a one-time flat rate price.
We also rent "permanent" dumpsters. These are the dumpsters that you would find behind a grocery store, restaurant, school, apartment building, office or behind and type of business. These dumpsters are more square, have lids that you can open and close, and typically get emptied every week (scheduled trash removal). These dumpsters typically stay at customer locations for years on a contractual term.
