Keep in mind that while a lot of these logos fit the vibe and are awesome so far, the wording will have to go across a box much like the submarine/car picture in the brief. It will either need to go across the top in a straight line or be on the left in a slanted way. Note the pictures titled slant example and straight example respectively. Please feel free to include dark neutrals as well. Thank you! Hi! We are seeking a logo for our new marijuana paraphernalia piece: a miniature Sherman tank called a “Pee-Wee Sherman.” The Pee-Wee is a unique product because it has several different uses, including a grinder, one hitter, bowl cleaner, brush, mouthpiece, keefe catcher, hemp wick storage, blunt splitter and a lighter. It is our aim to be a household name in the up and coming marijuana market. We have several different concepts in mind, but we really want to allow you all some creativity. The only thing mandatory is that there must be two separate logos either attached or independent. One is mainly the words, and one is the tank icon. The words can be followed by the icon, or the icon can be part of the wording, or they can be two different things. Basically, we don’t want to be putting the words on everything that we want the logo on. The following are suggestions for the logo that we initially tossed around but are not mandatory. Feel free to express yourself here. -Our goal is to make this look like a vintage toy. Attached are some pictures of packaging from toys from the 40s-60s and this is the goal aesthetic. -We like Green and white with some black. Possibly green lettering with a white outline. The full logo as well as the Icon should be able to be on a black or green background (t shirt). The official color of the tank is “olive drab” which is the color of tanks in WW2 and while it is not necessary for the color, it it good to keep in mind. -We really like bubble letters/boxy letters. We also like cursive letters in the vintage style but prefer them to be thicker/bubble cursive letters. -A white star. Sherman tanks have a white star on the turret and ours will as well. We have discussed it being a backdrop to the logo/icon as well as it being potentially being the hyphen in “Pee-Wee” -Bullet holes. Not essential, just a potential thing for the wording. -A smoking barrel. While this is a marijuana product, we don’t necessarily need to be explicit about that but because the barrel is used as a one hitter, it could potentially be part of the design. -A tank. This is the most important part. The Icon aspect of the logo needs to be a tank of some sort. It should be instantly recognized as the logo even without the words. We have talked about having smoke come out of the barrel as well as a tank potentially replacing the h in Sherman. We also really like the idea of the barrel sort of protruding into the foreground in a 3D sort of way out of a star or out of a circle of some sort, with the rest of the tank/turret in further into the background. The barrel doubles as a one hitter and is oversized compared to a normal Sherman tank. The pictures that looks like manufacturer drawings are the exact size and proportions of the tank so you dan see what it looks like. One other aspect is the logo is that it needs to be easily edited. One of our business strategies is to release collectable/limited release versions of the tank for different events. The key is to think vintage toys and propaganda posters from WW2. We want to portray an image of durability and strength. We are very excited to see what you all come up with. Please allow yourself creativity and feel free to submit more than one concept. Edit 2: We would like words, icon and slogan together and separate. All 3 would be the full thing but we are not fully sold on our slogan and want to be able to switch other others in and out so we would like to see them all ways. Edit 3: We didn’t know what the best category would be so we chose games and recreation.

IMPORTANT: While we are willing to consider any and all designs, we strongly prefer that whoever designs our logo also designs packaging as we want a consistent aesthetic throughout the project. This is not mandatory but it is preferred.
