I provide consulting and coaching services for companies that want to put their customers into the spotlight of their offering. They have to transform their business processes to do so successfully. Today in many cases, companies put their internal processes and needs onto a customer and the experience often is lousy. I support companies to implement customer experience methodologies into their design and product development processes as well as into their customer facing teams (sales, service across all channels). My second offering is coaching individual managers when facing stress, change, challenges, etc. for them to overcome their limitations and work successfully.

The company´s name is my name. The consulting and especially coaching business is based on trust and I want it to be personal. The slogan (the people experience) expresses that I want companies and leaders to free up their potential to a) make customers and b) their teams happy and loyal (customer and employee experience). And for the area of coaching: to experience and fulfill your own potential as leader, professional, friend etc.
