We have put together this certification process that we believe solves a tremendous need in the workplace. It's a need for a whole new approach to leadership - an inclusive, authentic, adaptable approach to facilitating the kinds of conversations (via designing questions) that enable what we call the "triple bottom leadership line" to emerge, simultaneously - stronger ideas, stronger relationships, stronger sense of self - all at once, and across the whole system (team, organization, etc.).
