Ahead has the ambition to be a force to be reckoned with in the digital world, a platform that will be mentioned in the same sentence as giants like Google, Facebook and Twitter. A company that will not be seen so much as a company as something that is a natural part of everyone’s daily lives. The logo shall represent this clear vision and inspire people by staying simple and clean in its elegance. It shall also be easy to recognize at a distance.
The foundation of Ahead is a new way to process, sort and present information, currently the focus is to provide an alternative news agenda that represents the intressets of the world without having a third party doing any selection. However, the technique has several use-cases and the logo therefore has to be independent of whatever information and market the platform will end up handling or serve. For this reason it has to be simple, elegant and universal while still being characteristic and easy recognizable.
We want our logo to be serious, powerful, and symbolize the freedom of information and global society that we stand for.
