Back to Human helps people and organizations develop their more human qualities like empathy, honesty, courage, altruism, and compassion. The days of pushing people to work harder and harder solely for the sake of profit are over, as research studies and personal anecdotes prove that happiness and life satisfaction come from people being seen, heard, and respected as complex and unique individuals. Back to Human uses insights from psychological research and various wisdom traditions to, first, help people get in touch with their own deeply-buried human qualities, in order to later recognize those qualities in other people. In other words, we help people evolve as human beings by integrating the head with the heart. Our target audiences are individuals and organizations (e.g., companies, prisons, schools).

I'm envisioning 3 parts to the logo:
(1) A circle that looks almost like prehistoric cave art. Raw, organic, primitive. As if a caveman drew it on the walls of a cave.
(2) Inside the circle is a very simple symbol/figure of a human being. Ideally the human figure, but it could also be a hand, for example. This too can look quite primitive.
(3) The text "Back to Human" in, again, simple, clean font.
If you look at the 3 attached images, I'm thinking of a cross between the circle in the "Way of Nature" logo, and the human figure in the "Back to Human" logo (but better, of course). Thank you!
