(ex)clusion is an upbeat informative podcast that explores all things equity, diversity and inclusion. The target audience are working professionals that have a curiosity of diversity issues in the workplace. We will share stories, interviews and best practices for how to close gender and diversity gaps in your workplace and become a modern innovative leader.
My company is Canadian Equality Consulting, and this podcast is a separate yet aligned project. The podcast logo does not need to match my company brand, but ideally it could 'complement' (not be contradictory and does not have to match colours, etc).
The notion of equity explored in the podcast does not mean that we wish to treat all people the same. Equity is about treating people according to their own respective needs to help them excel.
Our podcast will be dominated by gender discussions - and the experiences of diverse women - women from different cultures, races, languages, backgrounds, sectors, locations, ages, abilities, etc... Men will also be a topic of conversation at time in terms of allyship and their experiences as well in the workplace.
