think about a cool new york city restaurant with a gallery, having a fashion show, serving inspirational food that is created by a young executive chef, inspired by nature and the fresh purity of the ingredients in a sophisticated dish that appears simple to make, but is conceived from the desire to please discriminating palettes of fine diners.
demographic will include young professionals as well as experienced diners 40-65. so everyone who has good taste and cares about quality food, and will pay a bit more for the experience. not an outrageously expensive place, don't have exact pricing yet, but would estimate
$18 - $35 range for entrees.

the executive chef has spent time in Chicago, Las Vegas, Vermont, San Francisco and Napa Valley eating in restaurants, touring vineyards, meeting chefs, and shopping markets in search of a better understanding of the culinary arts. He has spent time in Paris and Riom, France interning in kitchens and picking grapes on organic vineyards during the annual vendange.
