I developed Raising Innovation because I wanted to be the best parent I could be. On January 18, I will be launching Raising Innovation on Blog Talk Radio. A website and book are currently in the works. The areas that I concentrate on are raising innovation in yourself, in your family, in your business and in your community.
The mindset for raising innovation involves responsibility (placing responsibility where it needs to be, taking the responsibility that you need to and handing responsibility to those who need to take it), and why (instead of just looking at what it happening, start looking at why it's happening).
The tools used for raising innovation are
1 Knowing - truly knowing yourself and those around you.
2 Trusting - trusting yourself and those around you.
3 Letting Go - letting go of preconceived notion and ideas.
4 Possibilities - looking at the possibilities. Who would you be if you knew you couldn't fail.
There's no step by step solutions and ideas given in raising innovation. What I want to accomplish is giving parents, business leaders and communities the tools they need to become innovative so we can all start raising innovation around us.
