We’re a closed user community offering great discounts and deals, as well as lifestyle advice to healthcare and NHS workers.
Our main service is to provide money-saving offers in a range of forms. Using ‘discounts’ communicates our primary message, however we want to provide more than solely money-saving offers and aim to provide our members with useful and relevant content, to help save them time as well as money, improving their lives.
While our key audience is NHS employees, we are open to much more than just NHS. We should use ‘Health Service’ or ‘Healthcare’ as a phrase alongside NHS to capture all employees (including office workers) from the following:-
- Workers or volunteers related to or working in partnership with the NHS
- Private sector health care workers
- Retired and former NHS employees
- Family/relatives of those listed above

Our member base has a wide age-range and is a mix of both male and female.
The new logo needs to be inviting and friendly. Our current logo is hard and we need this to be softened down and rounded off in some way. It currently doesn’t have anything clever in it that gives the logo an identity. It’s purely words and we want something that echoes who we are and the audience we’re targeting and will become instantly recognisable to our members.
Our current logo is seen as ‘not much of a logo’ and not easily recognisable. We want something that stands our more and gives us a recognisable identity and more personality, whilst remaining clean and concise.
