We do multi currency payments for merchants. A merchant can sign up with us and we help the setup there business to accept and process payments in countries all over the world, with online and in there retail locations where customer walk up and pay.

The contest was to design a new logo for my business. The design that was submitted initially was very creative and reflected what I wanted in terms of representation of the brand, so I was very pleased with this. However, when I asked for minor changes to the font and icon design, it was very difficult to get these changes implemented. In the end, I still didn't get all of the file types I wanted from this designer. I believe the main issue was comprehension of English. Would I use 99 Designs again? Yes, I would. What would I do differently next time? I would make sure to check that communication is working well before deciding on finalists and the final design itself, because you will need to work closely with the designer to get the final completed files.
