RYLCON needs an impressive and serious logo

RYLCON

Logo for a business consultancy, named RYLCON AG with capital letters.
Focuses: banking & finance, liquidity, reporting and management tools.
Our new company is a team of experts in topics above. “AG” means the German legal form like “plc” (public limited company).
The new logo should be dependent on the brand name. TARGET AUDIENCE: Our customers are middle sized companies especially their manager / CFOs. Our primary market is German speaking: Germany, Swiss and Austria.
We help our clients to get financing like credit, leasing, factoring, mezzanine etc. Our approach is a more strategic: first we solve actual problems and leeks. Then we implement some reporting tools for professional management of the relationship with the banker. Parallel we optimize the conditions of existing contracts like interest and securities. We will build later a web-portal about finance where users will get information, concrete offers an some tools.
We would like to share our vision with our customers, resulting in a longterm relationship.

We have the following requirements and restrictions:
- We want a logo that is modern, professional, sharp, simple and clean, perhaps even minimalistic
- We would like to see a fresh original design
- The logo should give a professional, serious, friendly, fair, trustable, reliable feeling
- The name should be written with completely uppercase
- The logo must look great both on white and on dark backgrounds
- The logo should also look good in black and white
- Use only solid colors, no gradients please.
- The logo should be suitable for web site and other marketing materials and print.
-No clipart (comic/cartoon clipart, stock images or old clipart style pics) please.
- No use of obvious symbols which present "classic" consulting or finance, like currency symbol, coins, drop for liquidity etc.
- Please try to avoid the use of the most overdone designs of swooshy or geometric people.
- “AG“ (legal form) can but don´t have to be a part of the Logo.
- Our favorite colour is blue.
We impose no other restrictions on fonts or styles, please feel free to experiment - we need PSD, EPS and AI (Illustrator) versions of the logo.
