JCL Coaching & Consulting, LLC was founded by Jada Loutit, a Columbia University Certified Executive Coach who specializes in transition coaching for private and corporate clients.
Jada Loutit believes that an individual’s potential is limitless when that person can name their goals and keep an open mind. At JCL Coaching and Consulting, LLC, clients are empowered to build on strengths and overcome challenges. Jada helps clients break out of ineffective thought patterns to develop creative, critical thinking and cultivate their innate capabilities.
Jada is passionate about helping organizations and people achieve specific measurable goals. She combines her extensive business background with her coaching expertise to support a range of clients to develop leadership and professional skills and to maximize their success.
Using evidence-based coaching methods and the power of inquiry, Jada acts as an independent, objective confidante. Her process-based approach involves issue identification, value clarification, identification of inefficient thought patterns and option exploration, to create a personalized action plan to which clients are held accountable.
Jada began her career in management consulting at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). For over 15 years, she worked in human resources with a focus on executive compensation, both as a consultant and as an in-house resource.
