Seva originates from ancient Sanskrit and the Indian subcontinent where it has deep meaning in many different cultures and religions. Seva means “serving without the expectation of anything in return.” It is a holy and sacred practice that involves giving generously to others out of love, tied so deeply to spirituality that it cannot be separated from spirituality itself. Seva comes with commitment, responsibility and timeless embodiment of the act of service.
Our mission via SEVA Wellbeing is to establish a platform for expression and experience beyond the self. Self-actualization can be attained when we interconnect with all the mirror and beings we reflect on and to. We are here to awake and be awaken for it is a consciously collective endeavor that makes all elevate life experience and expression.
The Yin Yang is resemblance of chaos and order, both are in a never-ending cyclic movement off-springing from each other.
The Circle is resemblance of lifecycle where living and dying are integral parts rather than beginning, end or the in-between.
Triangles are resemblance of the elevated paradox and it is the strongest geometrical symbol.
Moon phases are what charts our existence on this planet when we tune into nature and realize the life current that we rarely notice.
“You are the journey” is a reminder that we become what experience, just like by the end of reading a book you become a new person thanks to the impact of reading the book, and by reading the same book a second time it is a different experience since you are a new person reading the same book by then yet with the experience of having read it the first time.
All the above are resemblance of the fractal reality we live in, and the golden ratio (Fibonacci math) are means to measure the creative and creation process.
We are looking for a logo that embodies all the elements above without being overly complex and crowded. The logo concept needs to be thought of and designed while keeping in mind mixed media (print, web, signage, etc.) as it will be printed on mixed material and on woodwork.
We would like to see some freestyle hand sketching rather than using classical fonts, and "you are the journey" to see it as part of the circle.
Kindly avoid using classical themes of yoga, meditation and vegan café.. we offer all this but SEVA Wellbeing is larger as a concept. The spirit of community is there, we construct a lot on the practice of Kundalini Yoga so do some research on the serpant and the elements of Kundalini Yoga, Astrology and geometry (angles and triangles), sound current, vibrations and frequency. Beyond time and space.
