We are a sales organization. Specifically, we do door-to-door sales for a residential pest control company. The brand 8760 is for our team within the company EcoShield pest control (http://www.espest.com). We have 2 different seasons - a recruiting/training season where we build and train teams for 8 months; and a sales season where we go door to door and generate new accounts for 4 months. All told, it is a year-round endeavor. The identity 8760 is 24 (hours in a day) x 365 (days in a year). It highlights our commitment to year round productivity. The audience is a very machisimo group, so think of a more-cultured and respectable wolf of wall street sales team. Generally speaking, they are college kids who want sales and management experience. Our team goes on 5 international trips a year, we have year round training, we are highly invested in their development as people. Our vision statement is: we propel each other to the next level of our lives. Our golden rule is "take care of your guys" which is the duty placed on our manager's to create a family-like workplace where everyone is responsible for one another's well-being and success. We have a monthly book club, an annual physical fitness transformation challenge, and a milieu of other things dedicated to year-round development.
