Ternian is a management consulting firm helping growing companies address business challenges. We help companies address finance, accounting, technology and people challenges that occur as a company grows. We want to be known for:
-Equipping our clients for growth and change. This means that we teach our clients 'how to fish' allowing them to be less reliant on consulants in the longer term
-We Provide unique perspectives
-Quickly identify and solve problems without wasting time and money
-We adapt and quickly solve each company's unique challenges
-Adjectives to describe us include: experienced, insightful, solid, adaptable, strong, decisive, forthright, integrity
A good analogy would be: "We are the Navy Seals of the Consulting Industry...we quickly adapt, surround a business challenge and solve the problem" Our competitors are the larger firms 'the battleships of the Navy'. We solve our client problems while our competitors are still figuring out what to do (steering the large ship takes effort).
