Silver Bullet are blending southern US BBQ culture and techniques with UK flavours and high quality produce to produce awesome hybrid comfort food. For example we would typically produce pulled pork or brisket with a twist. We will be selling our wares at beer and music festivals all over the UK. Our typical will be mixed (ie men and women), although we expect that our products will be most popular with men aged between 25 and 50. The name Silver Bullet is an oblique reference to the converted Airstream trailer (caravan) we will be using to sell our product from (although the winning design does not necessarily have to include this as a feature). We see the brand as adventurous, rugged, with a hefty dash of playfulness which indicates our willingness to experiment.
