Below you'll see what i've designed myself, it's too busy. What makes this tough is that the broker information listed below has to be on the logo. I would like one logo with and without so that i may use the same logo in the future if i switch brokerages. The St.George Realtor i would prefer the first but you can mess around with the second as well. could mess around with the utah state logo or something desert like. thanks!
