Grassroots racing/motorsports sanctioning business. Target audience is the rural U.S. dirt racing fan.

One primary graphic logo. The primary text is “All Star Invitational”. Additional location for interchangeable secondary text The secondary text needs to be interchangeable, the current secondary text will be “Modified” or “Stock Car”. Other text may be used in the future. Logo needs a location for including the title sponsor logo. This logo may change from year to year. We have included sample logos we found the style to be appealing. The colors used should match the attached IMCA logo. Basically Red & Black. One strong inspiration we would like explored is the incorporation of the vintage IMCA logo which is attached. Ignore the large "IMCA" text in the background. We are not looking for exact copies of the vintage IMCA logo, but drawing inspiration from the tire and wing elements. Elements to consider including: - standard 5 pointed star - tire (please DO NOT use a specific, recognizable tire type because in may not directly relate). - winged elements (we don't necessary like the style of the wings in the vintage logo, but we do like the concept itself). DO - Include a space for "Modified" and "Stock Car" to be interchanged - Include a variant with the "IMCA" logo. "IMCA" only the checkered graphic and "Racing" portion can be left out. DON'Ts - don't include any form of car/vehicle. it won't be correct for our type of racing. - don't overuse gradients - don't use recognizable or generic off-the-shelf vectors - don't create a "mascot style" logo - don't use tire treads, stay abstract. - don't place a date EDIT: Please provide a concept with and without the "IMCA" logo incorporated. Logo Guidelines are in the pdf, as noted above in the "Do's"
