In my mid-20's, I live and work in New York and have to wear a suit and tie every day. I'm thin and on the shorter side, so I have major problems finding dress shirts that fit. In the past few years, I have had shirts custom made during my travels abroad.
My friends often remark they want tailor made shirts like me, but can't travel to the far corners of Asia. The goal is to create a website that allows young men to order custom fitted dress shirts.

Young urban professional men 18-32 that are slim and having trouble finding shirts that fit. Our market ranges from professionals in their early 30's to college students going for interviews. Our target market isn't looking for the finest fabrics, but something that fits well and makes them look and feel good.
While dress shirts are needed for work, most young guys also want to wear the same shirt on Friday night with a pair of jeans.
Hudson Thread represents a little of New York, but more the active urban professional that needs something clean and stylish for work and play.
Keeping the logo simple is key. The look of the site is modern simplicity. We want to have a very clean web 2.0 style site. The logo will be used primarily on the website and on the tag of the shirts themselves. The logo may also be embroidered on the shirt, but that is yet to be decided.
Whether the logo is color or black and white is up to you. The name can be the logo like IBM or Microsoft, or the logo can include an additional symbol like the horse in Polo Ralph Lauren. I leave this up to you, the designer.
