About the Organization:
The Perfect Swing was founded in 2004 as an indoor baseball/softball training facility. TPS Sports, our equipment and apparel arm, was formed in 2013. The equipment and apparel segment of the business has experienced strong growth over the past few years and now represents the majority of the revenue of the total enterprise. Are largest customers are local travel baseball organizations followed by local schools. We customize uniforms, spirit wear & equipment (with team logos, numbers, player names, etc.) for these and other organizations.
Target Audience (in order of importance):
Club Sports Organizations: preferably leaders on team executive boards making organizational decisions, but also head coaches
High Schools: ADs, head coaches of teams & “team moms” that head team spirit wear; school booster organizations
Elementary/Junior High Schools: ADs, head coaches of teams & “team moms” that head team spirit wear; school booster organizations.

Executional Considerations on Style Elements:
Consider fonts that communicate a sports look and feel, such as varsity or collegiate.
Consider bold color schemes consistent with brand personality.
I have attached two documents that might be helpful to the designers.
TPS Sports Brand Pyramid. This document outlines what we want to stand for as a brand. Our brand promise of "bring spirit to the game" could be used as a tag line and may be incorporated in the logo design at the discretion of the designer.
Current TPS Sports Logo. This is a bit functional, nondescript & flat and needs to be improved.
